Stayed at an impressive room with double beds and a view of the coast, as for instance. The marvellous and pleasant location was minutes away from Omni International Mall. Amicable and perfect staff team especially with the excellent service of the staff, everything was great.

We booked two rooms and they were opposite each other. We had one room upgrade to a suite that was very large and comfortable. At the moment the hotel is still 4* but with continued lower rates it will run down very quickly. Next to the metro ( free ) which is a help as the hotel is quite isolated from the city centre
Room service was poor ( cold food that we had to send back ) Parking is a bit expensive at 28 USD / day Plastic beer glasses in the bar !! Ice machine did not work on our floor without any "out of service" notice

1st room had nasty smell. 2nd room had used sheets on bed and bathroom was not very clean. $24 to park at the hotel you stay at is crazy

It was just a fine choice for a weekend getaway in Miami with excellent value. The accommodation met our expectations, clean & fully functional for a stopover. Make sure to enjoy the pleasant walks down to the waterside.

Excellent. Really an excellent hotel. I travel all the time for business and I stay at very good hotels and I must say this is one of the best I've ever seen. Great facilities, clean and very nice room with a great view of the bay, very good breakfast, excellent staff, beautiful outdoor pool with nice view. I would go back immediately.
One thing, for sure not a fault of the hotel: parking is expensive in Miami and you are supposed to pay for street parking also at weekends and nighttime. Avoid the car if you can, as otherwise you'll have to pay a 28$ valet parking per day at the hotel. The hotel is not in Miami Beach, so if you want to stay at the beach, book a hotel there, not in downtown Miami.
